1- Instead of asking: why are these suffering happened to me, ask why these suffering happened? What Can I learn from them?
2- Suffering or great endurance will yield a great fortune or happiness according to the law of compensation.
3- The action is the cause of motivation, the more you do, the more motivation you will get or boost. E.g. when you start learning Japanese, you feel that you are learning something new, and you feel that you enjoy learning more.Therefore, start doing something to get motivated.
4- Freedom by itself means nothing.
5- A quote “A man who is happy does not need to look at himself in the mirror and tell himself he is happy.”
