How to manage oneself?
In order to manage oneself, one must know four important things: 1.) What you are? 2.) your strength and weakness? 3.)how do you perform/work? 4.) what is your value?
for example, 1.) I am an introverted, who don’t speak a lot. 2.) I am not good at Math with complicated formula, and I like imagination/creative. 3.) I am a listener, reader, and I am an independent worker. 4.) I value honesty, responsibility, and dignity.
If everyone in the organization knows themselves well, the team will work smoothly and happier working condition.
